Agree the question

An account preparing to launch needs a different review from one with stable sales and rising acquisition costs. Describe the problem in one sentence and agree the reporting window. List constraints such as media budget, inventory, production capacity and eligibility so recommendations remain usable.

Establish a trustworthy baseline

Review business outcomes, conversion definitions and settings before analyzing creative winners. Check which campaigns and dates are included. Note missing data and access limitations. If event duplication or purchase value is uncertain, resolving it may be more useful than reorganizing the campaigns.

Rank by dependency

A destination correction may need to happen before a new ad test. A missing event may need to be resolved before a budget decision. Group findings into actions that can happen now, actions needing another owner and questions needing more evidence. Avoid giving every recommendation the same priority.

Request a written decision record

Each recommendation should identify the observation, proposed action, owner and review method. If the account has an unresolved restriction, use the platform’s legitimate review or support process with accurate information. An audit does not promise to bypass enforcement or make an ineligible offer deliver.

Put it into practice

Request a prioritized action plan with evidence and dependencies, not only account screenshots.
